OCEAN (Open Collaboration with East Asia New Champions) is a biennial gathering in the Philippines organised by the World Economic Forum community in the country. It brings together leaders across sectors to connect, discover new ideas, and shape a more creative and innovative future together.

In OCEAN 2016, Pamela Cajilig joined several leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs in visualising The Future of Industry and Impact. Pamela spoke about the importance of considering how grassroots and vulnerable communities define “sustainability” when organizations innovate in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
