Workshop: Fundamentals of Conducting Research for Your Start-up

Conducted for IdeaSpace Foundation
May 1, 2017

The IdeaSpace Foundation is an early-stage technology incubator and accelerator in the Philippines. For its 2017 cohort, IdeaSpace conducted a five-day bootcamp for its 20 startup finalists to teach them lessons and skills that are vital to getting their ventures off the ground.

Curiosity co-founders Pamela Cajilig and Birdie Salva spent a day with more than 50 driven and passionate technologists, scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs to share with them the fundamentals of conducting user research. From empathy activities to hands-on exercises in creating design research plans, Curiosity made sure that the startups would be equipped to test out their assumptions and prototypes with their target users.
